Can you help find the venue and vendors ?
Yes. I can research suitable venues and service providers, check availability and coordinate with selected vendors based on your event needs.
Are venue and vendor costs included in the planning fee ?
No. The planning fee covers my planning and coordination services. Venue rentals, catering, entertainment, decorations, photography and other third-party services are quoted and paid separately.
Will you be there during the event ?
On-site event management is not included in the standard planning service, but it may be added as an additional service.
How far in advance should I book Special Events planning ?
The earlier, the better, especially for larger celebrations or events requiring multiple vendors. More planning time generally means better availability and more options.
